Currently, we are home to 40+ talents with a broad spectrum of expertises: enterprise & startup consultants, data scientists, software engineers, designers and marketers. To achieve our team expansion roadmap in 2022, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.
To be successful in this role, you should be capable of developing long-term recruiting strategies and nurturing trustful relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create sustainable talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

What you’ll do

  • Cooperate with hiring managers to identify and forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department. Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
  • Design job descriptions, interview questions and selection criteria for every position by liaising with associated managers and other members of staff
  • Design and implement interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Managing candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Counsel and take part in employer branding initiatives, including internal activities for employees’ personal and professional development. 
  • Build a sustainable candidate pipeline by effective sourcing strategies utilizing online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) as well as offline events and job fairs.

Is it YOU we are looking for?

  • Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • A keen understanding or at least willingness to learn about the differences between various roles within a tech company
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
  • Experience in an international high tech working environment.
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant certifications would be advantageous
